Genuine or aftermarket
For a lot of cars we can offer an aftermarket remote key that does the same job as the dealer one: locks, unlocks, starts the car. If you’d rather have the genuine part, say so and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your model.

Common questions
What’s the difference between a remote key and a transponder key?
A transponder key has a chip that lets the car start. A remote key has that chip plus buttons to lock and unlock the doors. Most remote keys are both in one.
My remote buttons stopped working. Do I need a new key?
Often it’s just the battery, so try that first. If a new battery doesn’t fix it, the remote may need reprogramming or replacing, which we do at the car.
Can you supply a flip-style remote instead of a plain key?
Yes, for many Japanese, Korean and American models, we can fit an aftermarket flip remote that does everything the original does.
Which cars can’t you do?
European and Chinese cars. We’ll open them if you’re locked out, but remotes and keys for those need a dealer.
