After a break-in, or when you move house
If someone has forced a door, or you’ve just got the keys to a new place, the quickest fix is usually a rekey. We change the inside of the lock so old keys stop working, then give you new ones. If a lock is damaged, we’ll repair or replace it and make sure you can lock up before we leave.

Common questions
Can you get me in without damaging the door?
In most cases, yes. We try non-destructive entry first. In the unlikely event a barrel has to be drilled, we’ll tell you before we do it, then replace the barrel and key it to your existing key at no charge.
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
If your locks work well and you just want old keys to stop working, rekeying is quicker and cheaper. If a lock is worn or damaged, or you want better security, replacing it makes more sense. We’ll tell you which one you actually need.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
Yes, after-hours callouts cost more than business hours. We’ll tell you the price on the phone before we head out.
Do I need to prove I live there?
Yes. Before we open a home, we’ll ask for ID or something showing the address, like a bill or lease. If your ID is locked inside, we’ll check it once we’re in.
