Common questions
My key has snapped in the lock. What do I do?
Don’t try to dig it out with a knife or pin; that usually pushes it further in. Call us and we’ll extract it and cut you a new key.
Is it worth replacing an old lock or just fixing it?
If the lock is good quality and only worn, a service or rekey is usually enough. If it’s damaged or low security, replacing it is better. We’ll tell you honestly which one you need.
Can you come on a public holiday?
Yes. We work every day of the year, including public holidays. After-hours call-outs cost more, and we’ll tell you the price first.
