Units, townhouses and rentals
Warwick has plenty of units and rentals as well as family homes. When tenants change or a key goes missing, the simplest fix is usually to rekey the locks: old keys stop working and the locks stay on the door. We work with owners, tenants and property managers, and we’ll agree the price with you before we start.
Car lockouts at the shops and the station
Keys locked in the car at Warwick Grove, or lost on the way home from Warwick station? We come to you, open the car, and can make a new key on the spot for Japanese, Korean and most American cars. See our car locksmith page.

Common questions
Can you rekey my rental between tenants?
Yes. Rekeying makes the old tenants’ keys useless without replacing the locks. We can arrange access with you or your property manager.
I’m locked out of my unit at night. Can you come?
Yes. We’re open 24 hours, 7 days. Call us, tell us where you are, and we’ll give you the price and an arrival time before we head out.
Do I need to be the owner to get a lock changed?
You need to live there or have the owner’s permission. We’ll ask for ID or a lease before we open or change a lock.
