Why a locked Land Rover isn’t a DIY job
These are big, well-sealed doors with deadlocks and disabled inside handles. We open them with the right tools, whether you’re at Hillarys Boat Harbour or a boat ramp up the coast.
Land Rover lockouts we handle
- Keys locked in the cabin
- Keys locked in the boot
- The car locked itself with the key inside
- A flat key fob that won’t unlock the car
- Popular models: Discovery, Defender, Evoque and Range Rover Sport
What we don’t do for Land Rover
We don’t cut or program keys for European cars, and we don’t repair car door locks or ignitions. If your only Land Rover key is lost, we can still open the car so you can get to your belongings, but a replacement key needs a Land Rover dealer or a specialist. See which cars we make keys for.

Common questions
I’m at a boat ramp with the keys locked in the Discovery. Will you come out?
Yes. Tell us where and we’ll give you an honest arrival time. We cover all of Perth.
Will it damage the door?
No. Non-destructive entry is all we do on cars.
Do I need to prove it’s my car?
Yes. We’ll ask for your licence and something showing the Land Rover is yours before we open it.
