Floreat homes tend to be well kept, and the owners we meet there usually want their locks brought up to the same standard. Floreat is full of established family homes, and many owners call us to upgrade old locks or go keyless.

Upgrading your locks
If your home still has older deadlocks, it may be time for an upgrade. We can get locks repaired or replaced, fit stronger deadbolts, or install a digital lock that opens with a code, card, fingerprint or phone. We mostly fit McGrath, Lion Head, Lockton, Carbine, Lockwood and Yale.
Locked out after the park or the beach?
It’s easy to pull the door shut with the keys inside on the way out. Call us and we’ll get you back in, trying non-destructive entry first.

Common questions
Is it worth upgrading my old locks?
If they’re worn or low security, yes. We’ll check them and tell you honestly whether a service, rekey or new lock makes more sense.
Can you install a fingerprint lock?
Yes. Several of the digital locks we fit open by fingerprint as well as code and card.
Will you damage my door getting me in?
We try non-destructive entry first. In the unlikely event a barrel has to be drilled, we’ll tell you before we do it, then replace the barrel and key it to your existing key at no charge.
